She also revealed that because of the hate she gets from women she now sees the importance of sitting in the VIP sections.
She called out on girls and women who have given her a stinky attitude when she’s clubbing.
“Girls abuse me when I’m out, they tell me that I’m ugly, I shouldn’t be out, I shouldn’t be happy. I shouldn’t be public,” she said.
Zodwa emotionally revealed that the treatment she gets from women when she’s out there shocks her because all she wants is to fit in.
She was disappointed because she thought girls and women would understand her better and support her.
“To girls, women. Why you feel a need to abuse me? Are you Empty? Are you not happy with yourselves? I don’t do anything to intimidate you, in your Presence I make sure I make myself as nothing to fit in cause I like to be free.
“Question now, I should party far away from you? I should work and leave? Ngingabi umuntu Wabantu?”
Zodwa has been on countless times been sexually abused while working on stage but she always brushes it away. It seems the emotional abuse from women really hit her hard.
