Somizi and Mohale marriage on the rocks as Mohale vacates their home

Date:

The honeymoon phase is fast fading away for South African couple Somizi Mhlongo-Motaung and his husband Mohale Motaung- Mhlongo.

The couple has been reported to be going through a hard time. Mohale has moved out of the house he shares with Somizi.

According to a local publication there are allegations of a breakup after accusations of infidelity.

Somizi has come out in public complaining that Mohale has always been focused on his phone and doesn’t give him the much needed attention.

A close friend of Mohale who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed the developments.

“Mohale has been hanging out with friends a lot more in Rosebank lately. I don’t know if that would make him a bad husband, but he is doing his own thing a lot lately. He even went to Theo Moyo’s memorial alone, which was weird,” said the source.

Fueling the allegations of a breakup, Mohale removed Somizi’s surname on his social media handles.

Mohale last posted a picture of himself and Somizi on 28 September, celebrating the one year anniversary of their traditional wedding.

Somizi has also not posted pictures of himself and Mohale since 28 September. This is weird because the couple has always shown affection on social media.

Mohale has been accused of cheating on Somizi since 2018 when he was seen in a cosy picture with a young man known as Vuyo Pan on his birthday.

After being informed of Mohale’s alleged cheating Somizi allegedly sent threatening text messages to the 19 year old Vuyo.

Social media users have attacked Mohale for marrying Somizi for financial benefits, Somizi has always defended his husband in public. Telly Africa
