Makhadzi sets the record straight on her relationship with Master KG

South African dance musician Makhadzi has opened up on her relationship with ex-boyfriend Master KG saying they now see each other as brother and sister.

The couple publicly broke up months ago and are both doing well in their music career.

However neither of them had publicly addressed the break up. Taking to her facebook Live Makhadzi finally let the cat out of the bag and told fans she and Master KG will never date again.

She said, “What happened between Master KG and I is, we decided to be a brother and sister. We are OK. We are cool.”

The Khokhova hit maker then revealed that she had to treat Master KG as a brother because she has a jealous boyfriend who needs assurance.

This comes after Makhadzi was announced as the most streamed female artist on Apple Music for her Khokovha Album.

Speaking about the milestone she said, “It’s a very good thing especially when I look at where I started from. I started at the taxi rack not saying one day I will be on Apple Music topping the charts. That shows God does exist and people appreciate me and my music.

“I feel like people fell in love with my melodies and I make sure to perform exactly what is happening in my songs. I think that’s what makes people fall in love with my music.”

She also recently announced that she bought herself a house after a long time of hard work.
