Rudeboy recovers from Covid-19

Date:

Barely 24 hours after announcing that he had been battling with Covid-19 for the past ten days, Nigerian singer Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) announced that he has recovered from the deadly virus.

Okoye who is a former member of P Square shared the good news through his instagram page saying people should stop hyping his sickness because he had already recovered.

“Happy new year all 2021 pls don’t overhype it oooohh abeg…. Just take it easy as it comes na over hype spoil 2020. I’m better, stronger, tested negative after 11 days,” he wrote.

His recovery is questionable as it comes barely 24 hours after he announced that he had tested positive and warned his followers to be cautious.

In June 2020 Pauls’s twin brother, Peter (Mr P) also revealed to have tested positive together with his wife and children. He said they battled the virus for three weeks but all recovered.

Paul and Peter are Nigerian twin brothers who ventured into the music industry as P Square but later separated as they had unresolvable issues.

They have both indicated that there was no hope for them to ever reunite as musicians.
