Rebel forces in Libya have threatened to hit civilian planes flying over the capital Tripoli, declaring the city and its surrounding areas a "no-fly zone".
"The pressure was unbearable," said doctor Mohamad al-Rajehi, recalling a night early this month when an air strike on a military school completely overwhelmed his public hospital in Libya's capital.
The Libyan capital's airport, closed since last week, reopened Monday following a truce that has come into force after nine months of fighting for control of Tripoli.
