PARLIAMENT - Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) chief whip Floyd Shivambu on Tuesday accused members of Parliament (MPs) of "barking at the wrong tree", again denying that he or any of the party's leaders received money siphoned off from VBS Mutual Bank.
